Trouble Logging In (Account Owners & Program Managers)

If you are having trouble logging in to your Acceptd account or you were recently logged out, please hard refresh your browser using the options provided below and try again. 

Options for Mac users:

  • "Right-click” on the browser icon and then select “quit.” Then re-open your browser by clicking on the icon.
  • Hold down “command + shift” and select the “R” key.
  • Hold down “Shift” and select the Reload button

Options for Windows users:

  • Hold down “Ctrl” and click the Reload button.
  • Hold down “Ctrl” and click “F5”.
  • Hold down “Ctrl + Shift” and select the “R” key.
