There are several helpful columns in your submissions table to help you keep track of the status of each applicant for scheduling purposes. Click on "Columns" and add the following columns from the left side to the right: Slot Status, Slots, Sessions, Groups. You can use the search box at the top of the window to find the necessary columns.
Once you've added the columns, click out of the window and your table with re-format.
You can now scroll to the right on your table to find your new columns and view the status of each applicant.
Slot Status: This column will read as one of four options.
- Fully Scheduled means the applicant has been scheduled for all groups they've been invited to.
- Partially Scheduled means the applicant has been scheduled for some of the groups they've been invited to. Keep in mind that applicants may not necessarily need to be scheduled for all groups, depending on how your schedule works.
- Unscheduled refers to applicants who have been invited to schedule or assigned to a group, but are not scheduled in any timeslots yet.
- No Status reflects applicants that are not invited or assigned to any scheduling groups.
Slots: slots displays the individual assigned timeslots for each applicant.
Sessions: sessions displays the sessions the applicant has been scheduled for.
Groups: groups displays the invitations the applicant has received.
Viewing Invited Applicants
You can also view the applicants that have been invited to each group under "Scheduling" and "My Schedule" in the left-hand menu. When you expand each group, you'll see applicants that have been invited but not yet scheduled listed in yellow at the top of the table.
