What is the difference between the messaging tabs?

Messages are organized by 6 different tabs to help you stay organized and efficient. 

  • Inbox: Messages that have been responded to by the recipient and are not archived will appear here.
  • All: All messages that have not been archived will appear here. These include automatic scheduling notifications sent to applicants.
  • Starred: All messages that you have starred will appear here.
  • Unread: All new messages that you have not yet read will appear here.
  • Sent: All messages you have sent will appear here except for automatic scheduling notifications.
  • Archived: All messages you have archived will appear here.
