How do I create a message template?

If you are sending the same message multiple times, saving it as a template will save you time!

--

1. Login to your account and navigate to Submissions and select Submissions from the dropdown menu.

2. Select the applicant(s) that you would like to message.

3. Click Group Actions and select Message from the menu.

4. Type your custom message and click Save as Template. To learn more about using template fields in your message, visit our guide: What are template fields?

5. Type in the name of your new template and click Save Template.

6. To use your template, click Insert Template in the message pop-up and select your saved custom template.
