Only Account Owners can delete comments within an application. If you have a Program Manager or Reviewer account, you can edit your comments but you cannot delete them. If you have questions about your account level, contact the Account Owner directly.
For Account Owners, please follow the directions below to delete a comment:
1. In your submissions table, click on the application containing the comment you wish to delete.
2. On the right hand side of the screen is the adjudication section. Click where it says Comments to view all of the comments submitted for that application.
3. You will see a trashcan icon next to each submitted comment. Simply click on the trashcan to delete a comment!
