How do I update a program's guidelines?

Updating One Program

To update a program's guidelines, navigate to Programs on the horizontal top menu and select Programs from the dropdown menu.

On the Programs page simply click on the program whose guidelines you would like to update.

The program editor will appear. On the first Program Basics page you can scroll down to the Guidelines field. You are able to make any edits to the program's guidelines using both saved program guideline templates and the text box provided.

Once all changes are made, be sure to click the Save & Next button at the bottom of the window.

Updating Multiple Programs

*When bulk editing, you can only update the guideline templates. You cannot bulk edit program specific guidelines.* 

To edit the guidelines of multiple programs at once, select the checkboxes next to each program in the Programs Table and click the green Group Actions button that appears at the bottom of the page. Then select Edit Programs.

In the Program editor check the box next to Override Guidelines and add in the appropriate guideline templates. 

When you are finished, click the Save & Next button at the bottom of the editor. You will be prompted to confirm that you'd like to make these changes and override the programs selected.
