How do I change my email notifications?

You can change the frequency of email notifications or turn them off altogether. This only affects notifications triggered by new application submissions. You will always receive notifications when you have a new message in your account.

To begin, login to your account with your email address and password. 

Next, navigate to My Account at the top of the left-hand menu and click Edit Account Details.

Scroll down to check or uncheck your several email notification options:

  1. An Application is Assigned to Me: You will receive a notification email each time an application is submitted to a program you are assigned to OR when you are manually assigned to a new application.
  2. My Export is Ready: If you trigger an export in the submissions table, an email will be sent to you with a link to download the file once it is ready. If you turn this off, you can access the export under My Exports in your account.
  3. Scheduling Removal Request: For Account Owners only, this notification is triggered if an applicant requests to be removed from the schedule after the close date.

**Daily Assignment Emails: If you check this box, you will receive a single email each day with a summary of new submissions.

Be sure to click the blue Save Account Details button at the bottom of the page if you make any changes.
