What are the different administrative permission levels on Acceptd?

Account Owner

The Account Owner permission level is the highest available administrative role. 

Account Owners automatically have access to all applications in all areas immediately upon submittal. 

Account Owners may also: 

  • Track "in progress" applicant data
  • Message candidates
  • Assign additional users
  • Lock in final decisions
  • Edit all landing page and program settings

Program Manager

Program Managers have all the same permissions as Account Owners, however only to the programs assigned to them by their Account Owners. 

Reviewer

Reviewer access allows users to view, score and comment on applications. Reviewers will only have access to the applications or programs granted to them by their Program Managers or Account Owners.
