How do I use the timeslots table?




The Timeslots table can be used to manage, track, and sort your schedule and timeslots. Think of the Timeslots table as the spreadsheet you’ve used in the past to organize your schedule.


The Timeslots table can be accessed by navigating to Schedule and then selecting Timeslots from the dropdown menu.

Filtering the Timeslots table

Below are some examples of ways that you might filter your table:

  • To view all scheduled audition/interview slots, select Scheduled from the Session Slot Type column 
  • To view a specific session, select the session from the Session column
  • To view your auditions/interviews in order, sort the Start column by ascending time
    • You can do this by clicking on the top of the column. It will rotate between ascending and descending and will be indicated by an arrow.

When done filtering your table, you can export the table OR save the view to return to later.


Messaging from the Timeslots table

The Timeslots table also allows you to manually send messages to applicants, if you haven’t set up automatic scheduling notifications. Similar to the Submissions table, simply check the box next to the name(s) of the applicant(s) that you'd like to message and then navigate to Group Actions and select Message from the dropdown menu. You’ll notice that in the messaging window there are many template fields available that are specific to the schedule (i.e. Session Name, Session Date/Time, Session Location).
