What are stages?

Some organizations use stages to move their applications through a series of adjudication phases. Each stage has its own set of ratings and comments for the application.

If an organization uses stages, you will see them in the "Stages" dropdown in the application menu. The applicant's current adjudication stage will have a blue dot next to it.


To view the comments and reviews from a previous stage, simply click on the "Stages" menu item. Please keep in mind that no ratings or comments should be left in the non-current stage, though you can still view previous adjudication there.

Account Owners are able to change the stage of an application by clicking on the "Change Current Stage" button next to the stage tabs. If you hover over that button, you will see which stage is currently active.
