What are stages?

Some organizations use stages to move their applicants through a series of application and adjudication phases. Each stage has its own set application questions, guidelines, confirmation messages, deadlines, and ratings.

If an organization uses stages, you will see them in the Stages dropdown in the application menu. The applicant's current adjudication stage will have a blue dot next to it.

To view the comments and reviews from a previous stage, simply click on the Stages menu item. Please keep in mind that no ratings or comments should be left in the non-current stage, though you can still view previous adjudication there.

Account Owners are able to change the stage of an application by clicking on the stage name below an applicant's name at the top of the page. The video below will guide you through changing stages.
