Why can't I see/enter ratings?

When viewing an individual application you are able to maximize and minimize the ratings section for ease of navigation. If you are not able to see the ratings area, simply drag the blue "arrow" button on the far the right side of your screen.

You are able to minimize the ratings area by dragging the ratings drawer closed.
